Join me for a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system, clear energetic overwhelm, and guide you gently back into your body.

Whether you’ve been feeling overstimulated, anxious, ungrounded, or simply craving stillness, this sound journey offers a sanctuary for your entire being to rest, realign, and replenish.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

+ Opening Grounding Meditation:

We’ll begin with a 10-minute guided meditation to calm the mind, soften the body, and bring your awareness gently inward. This creates a regulated, receptive state so you can fully receive the healing frequencies that follow.

+ Sound Healing Journey:

You’ll be immersed in the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls, grounding tones, chimes, and vibrational instruments intentionally chosen to bring your body into a parasympathetic state—where healing and realignment naturally unfold.

+ Embodied Integration:

The experience will close with a soft return practice to help you re-enter your day feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected to your body and your energy.

+ Clearing Ritual: Release the Static

When you arrive, you’ll receive a small piece of paper and a gentle prompt to write down any tension, noise, or energy you’re ready to release. This note will be placed beneath your mat as a quiet offering to the sound frequencies. After the sound bath, these written intentions will be burned in a private ritual—symbolizing full release. I’ll share a video of the burn afterward as a way to energetically honor and complete your process.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a pillow or anything else that helps you feel supported and comfortable. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided to help you fully drop in and relax.
